Warranty Statement

All servicing and workmanship will be free of minor defects, safe, and of an acceptable quality. Work will be completed within a reasonable time; delays in service due to external issues such as delivery of parts from overseas will be advised to the customer and will be given continuous updates of its progress along the way. Additional work outside from what has been quoted will not be started unless we have contacted the customer for approval and costs will be advised at this time.

Torque Performances warranty covers only those defects that arise as a result of normal use of the service provided and does not cover any other problems, including those that arise as a result of: (i) improper maintenance or modification; (ii) software, parts or supplies not provided or supported by Torque Performance; (iii) operations outside the vehicles normal use (for example Motorsport use); and (iv) unauthorized modification or misuse.

Torque Performance shall have no obligation to repair, replace or refund work done on the vehicle until the customer returns the vehicle to Torque Performance. Any replacement part may be either new or like-new, provided that it has functionality at least equal to that of the part being replaced. Torque Performance will always try to use OEM products in first case, if OEM is unavailable Torque Performance may use re-manufactured parts, components, or materials equivalent to new in performance.

This Warranty Statement gives the customer specific legal rights that are inline with the Consumer Guarantees Act of 1993. Guarantee statement In regards to our chip tune service, if you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of service we have provided, you must contact us with in 14 days of the date of your tuning and we will return you car back to is standard tune and provide a refund in full.

Providing that you vehicles engine is in good operating condition and is free from minor defect, by tuning your vehicle, we guarantee an increase in power over standard, in extremely rare occasion where we are unable to increase your engine’s power there will be no charge for the attempt made. Any vehicle that has been tuned by us through our chip tune service, we supply a 3 year guarantee to return the vehicle back to the original tune at the request of the original customer in addition to a 3 years free re-tune should your vehicles computer be overwritten by a dealer update (excludes SCT Xcal 3 and Diablo Sport tunes)
