Custom ManifoldS
Turbo Manifolds or Headers for NA applications can be designed and manufactured in house. These are to suit appilcations where a manifold/header is either unavailable or required in an engine swap or turbo build application where there is nothing available off the shelf that will work.
We exclusively use steam-pipe for our turbo manifolds to ensure that the withstand the harshest levels of Motorsport, and stainless for NA applications.
Custom Downpipes and Exhaust Systems
We have been producing stainless TIG welded custom downpipes and exhaust systems for a range of vehicles for some time now. This is because either off the shelf products are lacking in quality, availability or are just extremely expensive. For example we have had a range of customers bring us cheap off the shelf exhaust systems that have required to cut up and re-manufactured to fit the vehicle they were supposedly made for. We have made downpipes and exhaust systems for high end European vehicles where the price to import a system in was far too expensive for the level of exhaust the customer was getting.
All our downpipes and Exhausts are manufactured in 304 Stainless steel and are tig welded. We are able to manufacture exhausts in other materials such as Titanium or Inconel.
